Remember Me?

Magnet visits with people we haven't seen in awhile.

Performer Becca Schall
Magnet Theater
1. Where are you sheltering?

In Park Slope, Brooklyn with my husband Matt and our two bad cats.

2. How are you staying sane?

During the pandemic I got really into exploring Greenwood Cemetery. It's the perfect place for a peaceful, quiet walk, or for hugging trees when no one's looking (or when they are, who cares). You can (literally) get lost in there for hours. It's my happy place. And on the other end of the spectrum, I bought an Oculus Quest and have been playing Myst in VR. Highly recommend.

3. What do you miss most?

Laughter coming from a live audience. Especially at those shows where you can see a bunch of people you know in the audience and you can see you're making them laugh. That's the best feeling. And just generally, laughing as a group, in the same location. I've gotten to do a little more of that lately, which is great.

4. What don't you miss?

I'm not thrilled about getting reacquainted with the smells of the hot summer subway.

5. What do you want to say to the other members of the Magnet community?

I miss seeing you all and I hope I get to soon! Also, try to make sure you are eating enough ice cream this summer. When the weather is so hot and muggy like this it's important to eat extra ice cream to stay balanced.
