About the Show

A fully improvised musical about how your favorite villains come to be. All songs, lyrics, dialogue, dance moves, and accompaniment are made up on the spot! Each performance of Origin Story is a one-night-only experience inspired by an audience suggestion of a beloved villain or anti-hero. You’ve heard of Wicked, but what about all the other villains who’s backstories have never been spinned into a musical masterpiece!!! Featuring some of NYC's best up-and-coming musical improvisers.
