Bring Your Own Bob

About the Show

Bring Your Own Bob is a vibrant musical comedy duo featuring real-life roommates Nicole Pascaretta and Seann Cantatore, and renowned pianist and Magnet Theater musical director, Frank Spitznagel. The duo improvises a beyond bizarre musical equipped with larger-than-life characters, profound emotional bonds, and utter ridiculousness. Joining the pair for the first time ever is Andy Cach, a Michigan-based improviser, comedian and musician and "Bob" of the evening.

Nicole and Seann first met through the Magnet Theater Facebook page (thanks Magnet). Within the first few minutes of meeting in person, there were too many Karmatic similarities that could convince them they were brought together merely by chance. After their first performance together where they both played characters named "Bob," the duo name was set: Bring Your Own Bob (approved by Frank Spitznagel). Both Seann and Nicole believe that any artistic collaboration is more powerful when you genuinely love the person you're working with, as an artist and a friend! They’re confident you’ll see this philosophy come to fruition through their musical improv performance.

Andy Cach began his improv career at GO! Comedy in Ferndale MI in 2013, where he co-founded the improv troupe “Unicornucopia". He has performed at several festivals, including the Grand Rapids Improv Festival, Detroit Improv Festival, and Baltimore Improv Festival. Andy has also trained at the Groundlings Theater in West Hollywood and is currently a resident cast member at The Comedy Project comedy club in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He works as freelance video editor, recording artist and bandleader of his band “Ken’s Soup.”
