Some people grew up with healthy boundaries, emotional self-regulation, and balanced communication. They know how to keep an even keel in the face of everyday situations, and make sound decisions firmly and consistently.

This show is not for those people.

Welcome to THE ANXIETY SHOW! A variety alt-comedy show featuring booked comedians and OPEN MIC participants sharing FIRSTHAND experience with a different issue every episode. Because better out than in AMIRITE? The Vancouver-based show has toured Montreal, Chicago, and Toronto, and is now in NYC!
