Swipe Right

About the Show

When dating meets phone apps, it brings out the best of two bizarre realities. Who hasn?t spent an evening swiping left and right, making dating decisions based on nanoseconds worth of judgment? Who hasn?t stolen his friend's phone and done some swiping for them? Even if you started dating long before smartphones existed, you know you?ve sat at a bar watching an obvious Internet first date, fascinated to the point of stalking the hopeful daters.

Swipe Right is long-form improv show that uses the language of Tinder, OKCupid, Grindr, Match.com, JDate, Farmers Only, etc. to explore the worlds of two people throughout the duration of their relationship. Whether that relationship lasts half an hour or four decades, we?re in it with ?em.

Directed by Scott Austin

Note about the cast: longest relationship lasted 9 years; shortest relationship lasted 20 minutes.
