Tim Eberle

Bio

Tim Eberle is a New York City based improviser, actor, and head writer for Company 29, the Magnet Theater's sketch company im residence. A graduate of the Magnet Theater improvisation training program, he has studied extensively under Armando Diaz, James Eason (UCB), and Jean Villepique (Second City, IO) to name a few. In addition, Tim has trained under Heather Delude (IO, Annoyance), Heather Roberts Parady, and at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. He is a founding member of improv troupe Lead McEnroe, who enjoyed a run of over two years at the Magnet, performing Friday nights as part of the theater's featured weekend line-up. He is the author of two full-length sketch comedy shows, "No Breaks" and "Standing Reason," which have been produced at the Magnet and P.I.T. Tim has worked as an adjunct professor of acting at Fairfield University, where he directed several long-form improv shows, and has taught workshops at Marymount Manhattan College. He can currently be seen on Wednesday nights performing with Megawatt team "Brick." He holds a BA in Economics, and likes to think of himself as a Keynesian.
