Sam McCall

Bio

Sam McCall (he/him) is an improviser, musician, game master, role-player, and astrologer-- not necessarily in that order. He currently performs with Outer Planet every Thursday at the Magnet Theater. Sam has been doing improv for eight years and has trained at UCB, Improv Boston, Union Comedy, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and Magnet Theater. He has studied under the wisdom of Ali Reed, Adrien Pellerin, Sam Hoar, Pat Kearnan, Emily Holland, Frank Spitznagel, and many other accomplished teachers. Past teams include Walrus Party, Museum of Chaos, Kickball Key Change, and SKINK. When he's not pretending to be other people on stage, Sam is pretending to be other people in campsites, bars, and on the internet through LARPing (live-action role-play). Please ask him about it; he'd love to tell you more. In the rare moments you catch him out of character, he's either perfecting his barrel rolls on the trampoline or consulting ancient texts for the wisdom the stars have in store for us. Sam is definitely not a spy.
