(Writer)Phoebe Torres is an NYC actor and comedy writer. She has appeared in FBI, Orange is the New Black, Flesh and Bone, and the Off-Broadway play I Know What Boys Want. Her short films have been featured by Funny or Die, Katra Film Series, NYC Independent Film Festival, and Portland Comedy Film Festival. Phoebe is a writer for The Executives at the Magnet Theater, and a writer/performer for the Face for Radio at the PIT. She is a full grown adult. Promise.
