Bio
(Performer)Kai (they/them) is a Tayal and Taiwanese improviser currently living in NYC. Raised in Taiwan, they moved to NYC to commit ritual self-flagellation by attending art school. Through trials and tribulations, they burnt out, hit a wall, and lost the passion to create for years. Their friends invited them to join an improv class back in January of 2024 and the rest was history. Now they’re having a blast nurturing their inner child by playing pretend on a (almost) weekly basis with very cool, funny people.
Besides the usual nerdy hobbies, they enjoy lifting heavy things, eating yummy food, getting their brain taken over by their dog and cats (ask them and they’ll show you ten billion photos of them), harassing their grandma (endearingly), and being a general dingus.
