Julia Morales is a Blackorican actress/improviser/writer from Houston, Texas where she began her improv roots studying with Massive Creativity/Massive Improv. In Houston, she performed with "8 Speed Doll," "Spano's Breakdown," and in a two-prov called "Deep Fried." She later became Co-Artistic Director of Massive Improv and coached her first team, "Vitiligo." She also attended The University of Houston and studied Theatre Arts and later graduated from The American Musical

and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York and Los Angeles. In 2007, she was introduced to the Peoples Improv Theatre (PIT). After winning one of three NBC Universal Diversity Scholarships, she made a serious move to NYC in September 2008, where she took all five levels of PIT classes. Julia is currently a member of the PIT house team, ?Senator?. She also performs with "Nobody?s Token,? "North Coast,? "Red Tie Mafia" and in a two-prov with her best friend ?OJ in a Sippy Cup.?

She has performed in festivals and shows in Austin, San Francisco, Dallas, Baltimore, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, and all over New York. She is currently writing a one-woman show and co-writing a web series with ?Nobody?s Token." Julia loves dancing, playing video/board games, finding bargain movies to add to her huge movie collection, playing friendly pranks on friends, reading celebrity biographies, and listening to all types of music but absolutely hates talking on the phone for long periods of time, offensive smells, repeating herself, eating celery, and people who take the elevator down one flight.
