Jerry Abejo
Bio
(Performer)Jerry Abejo is a writer and performer at the Magnet Theater. He is fortunate to have studied sketch, storytelling, and improv at Magnet and Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre under some fantastic teachers, including Tara Copeland, Rachel Hamilton, James Eason, Alex Marino, Adam Wade, Armando Diaz, Beth Newell, Ari Voukydis, Brian Huskey, and Billy Merritt. He has also studied fiction writing at The New School and journalism at The University of Iowa. Originally from Chicago, he has been living in New York City since 2002. It is by far his longest romantic relationship.
