Delmar Dualeh
Bio
(Performer)Delmar Dualeh read the book The Artist’s Way in the summer of 2021. This seemingly simple act unearthed his boundless creativity and began an unexpected journey into performing. On a whim, Delmar signed up for an improv class. In just a few short months while taking his improv courses, Delmar realized how often he was experiencing joy, awe, and flow. In typical Delmar style, he completed all the available levels at Magnet Theater taking courses taught by Rick Andrews, Michael Lutton, and Peter McNerney. He has hosted and produced special themed improv shows including The Mingle at the Magnet (speed dating show) and several all-Black improv shows throughout New York City. When he isn’t improvising, he’s either working as an Academic Counselor at the John Jay College SEEK Department or watching RuPaul's Drag Race.
