(Writer)Alina Konon is a writer and comedian based in New York. Born in USSR, raised in Belarus, she moved to NYC at the age of 19. She still speaks with an accent, sometimes she writes with an accent too. Alina began her comedic journey by posting How-To style videos on YouTube. You can check these out to learn how to eat ice cream in non sexual way, how to look like shit in the morning, and more. She is equally proud and embarrassed by all her creations. Alina has completed the sketch program at the UCB theater and was part of the past season of the Magnet Theater's Moxie: The Lady & Non Binary Sketch Lab.
Alina lives in Queens with her Cat, Bushwick.
