Teen Improv Classes Classes
In this course, participants will explore the fundamental principles of improvisation through exercises in agreement, commitment, spontaneity, and collaboration. We'll focus on developing groupmind, creating unique characters, and exploring the most important tenet of improv (and life), "Yes And!" This experience will require students to take creative risks, tap into new forms of self-expression, and operate as a member of a supportive ensemble. Participants will walk away with the skills to perform grounded, hilarious, improv scenes and short form games. Open to students ages 12-17.
