Joe Whelski
Bio
(Instructor)Joe Whelski is a NYC based Director, Writer, Producer and SAG-AFTRA & EQUITY Actor. He just finished directing "Yellow Scare" (an indie comedy feature), and has created national and local PSA commercials for The Shark Angels, The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Bideawee, Born Free USA, and DAVSS (w/VO by Dr. Who #4 Tom Baker). Joe played various characters on ABC "One Life to Live", and has starred in over 20 stage productions in NYC, NJ & PA. In addition, he had the privilege of working for legendary directors Ridley Scott, Sydney Pollack, Anne Bogart, and David Hugh Jones. Joe is an inaugural member and creative director for the Magnet Theater Video Lab, and alumni of AADA & The New School (NYC), and Kutztown University (PA).
