Class Description

The Blackout is long form with a theatrical feel. No side lines. No edits. No tagouts. Just good scene work, and lots of it, with a focus on simplicity and realism. If you're tired of feeling like you need to scream to be heard in your improv, then this is the class for you. Prerequisite: Magnet Improv Level Three

Instructor: Louis Kornfeld

Louis Kornfeld began improvising back in the sepia tinted days of 2003. He's been a proud member of the Magnet Theater since it opened its doors, having logged countless hours as a performer, intern, house manager, member of 'The Boss,' Megawatt director, and (for the past twenty years) teacher of improvisation. What can he say? He enjoys it.

In addition to improv, Louis is also an award winning writer and actor whose work is routinely featured on 'The Truth' podcast. Check it out, why don't you?
