Did someone say FREE?

Yes, you heard that correctly! Starting in August, on the first Friday of each month the 7:30pm and 9:00pm shows at the Magnet Theater will be FREE for anyone who comes in person to the box office! 

You can see two of our flagship shows, Premiere: The Improvised Musical and The Friday Night Show for exactly $0. 

Free tickets can only be received in person, at the Magnet Box Office. First come, first served, and limit one ticket per person. For anyone who wants to absolutely guarantee a seat for one of those shows on the first Friday of the month, there will be a small number of tickets available for purchase online at the usual price of $17.

Named one of the Best Weekly Improv Shows in New York by TimeOut, Premiere: The Improvised Musical (7:30pm Fridays) takes an audience suggestion and turns it into a fully crafted musical -- each character, song, and dance number is completely made up on the spot! Featuring a cast whose professional credits include Netflix, Comedy Central, and HBO, Premiere is a musical comedy experience not to be missed!

Before each Friday Night Show (9pm Fridays), the audience writes down things they wish they could say, and those confessions are read live on stage to inspire hilarious improv comedy. Bring your rants, your secrets, your confessions --whatever you need to get off your chest! -- and let some of New York City's most experienced improv comedians take it from there.
