March with Magnet at the NYC Pride March 2025!
Happy Pride! Our Magnet Theater Community has a spot at this year’s NYC Pride March on
June 29, Sunday. Come march with us! Reminder - sign-ups ongoing!
When: June 29, Sunday, 12-6PM (exact call time to be determined by NYC Pride organizers)
Where: March officially starts from 25th Street and 5th Avenue, and ends at 17th Street and 7th Ave. Our group will form at a nearby location before we all walk towards the march formation area.
Who: LGBTQ+ identifying folks and straight allies from the Magnet Theater Community, could
be former or current students, had at least one class at Magnet, former or current performers
and instructors. Partners, friends, and +1s also welcome but they also need to be registered for
official head count.
How much to join: Free!
The deadline to sign up is 11:59 PM on Wednesday, June 18 2025.
We'll need a headcount to submit to NYC Pride organizers, as basis for the number of official
wristbands we're allocated. For security and safety, only those with wristbands will be allowed to enter the parade formation area and join the marching group.
