Magnet is very excited to announce that the next season of Conservatory Circuit is now open for applications! What is Conservatory Circuit, you ask? Why, it’s just like the regular Circuit, except it’s open only to students who have been accepted into Magnet’s Conservatory program (Level 5 and above). It’s an awesome way to work weekly with an ensemble and coach as well as get more reps under your belt. We highly recommend it!

Application deadline: Monday, 10/16 at noon
Team announcements: Saturday, 10/21
First team rehearsals: Weekend of 10/28
Shows: Fridays at 10pm; 11/3 – 12/15 at the Magnet Training Center Studio. No show on 11/24 due to Thanksgiving.

conservatory

The Improv Conservatory Program is Magnet’s advanced improv training ground.

The program is focused on building a systematic transition from highly-proficient student to successful performer. It’s also a training ground for veteran improvisers interested in fine-tuning their skills. To do this, the Conservatory Program offers students a variety of specific classes featuring a higher degree of individualized attention tailored to each students’ strengths and weaknesses.

Conservatory classes fall under following categories:

Level Five: Intro to the Conservatory
Conservatory Skills
Conservatory Performance
Team Performance Workshop
